If you have made a lot of phone connections, then you may need to delete some of the old ones from the Exchange Server. I think it holds 10 devices, not many people hit this limit.
Login to Outlook Web App
Select: Options
Select: Mobile Phones
Delete some of the old phones

If you get an error, then double check your password.
Android
Open the Gmail app.
Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner > Settings > Add account > Exchange and Microsoft 365.
Important: Do NOT choose "Outlook, Hotmail, and Live" unless you want to sync email only and not calendar/contacts.
Enter your full email address and tap Next.
Enter your password and tap Next.
If the above fails to auto-resolve (Android usually does for some reason), choose the “Manual Setup” option.

Dropbox Security
Everybody needs to be aware of security. In short, only put items in Dropbox that you would otherwise email to your customer.
Network Speedtest
This is a nice utility to determine the quality of your internet connection.
Choose "Begin Test" button. Pay attention; there is an advertisement banner near the top of the screen that usually says "Start Scan Now". DO NOT pick that button.
This is a good tool for computers, tablets and smart phones to verify that you have a decent connection to the internet.
For Business Purposes:
If you get speeds above .5 Mbps, then you should be able to get things accomplished, but it will move slow.
Speeds at 1 Mbps will give you a satisfactory experience.
Verizon 3G connections are usually in the 1.0 -1.3 Mbps range for downloads.
4G can be as fast as 14 Mbps.
